Should I download more than Spybot S&D?

I just downloaded Spybot S%26D but a friend told me to also get Avg grissoft antivirus %26 Zone Alarm Lavasoft.

Do I really need all of that?

ps - NEVER EVER download Spywarebot or something posing as Spybot (if it's in red) and charges to "clean"

The real spybot is in blue and is free, only asking for donations.
