Computer virus?

I have norton antivirus but their are other virusus i can not get rid of . spyware seems to be the solution but need to by it .Any one can help me where i can download antivirus free

As usual, many of the self-proclaimed "security experts" here are giving out terrible, potentially harmful advice. Ignore these pimply-faced individuals, many barely past puberty, typing away on a computer that Mommy and Daddy

bought for them. Many have suggested that you install that persons particular "fave" anti-virus program.

The absolute worst thing you can do is to install yet ANOTHER anti-virus program on top of the Norton that you already have. Having 2 anti-virus apps on a computer is almost always a bad idea. Major conflicts can occur. The 2 anti-virus programs will fight with each other over which one gets to scan every file that you read, write or execute. The effect will leave you with less protection, not more. Less can be detected and removed, not more. And your computer may slow to a crawl, with all those CPU cycles being used for scanning, scanning and more scanning!

A much better solution, right now when your computer is severely infected, is the use of on-line scanners.

Run both of these on-line scans. Both are free and excellent at detecting and removing malware free of charge. There is no need to un-install any of your current protections (if you have any) before using these.
